Many of the actions taken around improving student achievement in the areas of Literacy, Numeracy and Social Responsibility have been successfully woven into the everyday fabric of Rogers over the past few years. This is an ongoing process and the Rogers’ Staff are actively engaged with this process on a daily basis. The Staff continues to work together to build the foundation from which all children can experience success.

- Continue to develop reading comprehension skills, strategies and confidence to apply to both fiction and non-fiction texts across the curriculum.
- Continue to develop problem solving skills, strategies and confidence to apply across the Math curriculum
